Bonnie holds a Bachelor degree in Family Studies/Gerontology. She understands the changes we face across the years and strives to help you keep it simple. Her goal is to work with you to develop a program you can easily fit into your lifestyle. I am a Licensed Spiritual Health Coach, Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist and a Reiki Master. For over 20 years I have researched and implemented many alternative programs for my clients.. Some I have kept and others I have set aside. However, through this research and trail and error phase the first thing I have learned and the most important is simplicity and consistency. I understand your feelings of frustration and the inability to stay motivated when the results you anticipated are not produced. The second thing is quality of your product, because part of that frustration arises from the product not working for you.
